This school year, the Sea to Sky School District is completing a school calendar development process for each of the next three school years. Sea to Sky School District Parent Advisory Council Presents: Screenagers - Growing Up in the Digital Age

This well-researched series is designed to help parents understand the risks and benefits of children and youth growing up in a digital world, including the impacts of phones, gaming, and online interactions. The first of three screenings will take place on Wednesday, December 3, at Pemberton Secondary School, with the film shown at 5:30 PM followed by a live facilitated discussion at 7:00 PM. Families may participate either in person or virtually, and a viewing link will be available from now until December 10 for those who prefer to watch the film at their convenience. The Board of Education follows a budget development process each school year in order to establish the final annual budget for submission to the Ministry of Education and Child Care. This process begins with providing an opportunity for partners to share input toward decision-making through a survey. The survey will be open for input until November 28, 2025.
